Since September 2024, Hugo Rouland has joined Antidote Solutions\u2019 team as a Powertrain Project Manager.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">After a first experience at Cixi in Annecy, this mechanical engineer is now the Powertrain lead in our team. When we asked Hugo about his background, he answered without hesitation: <em>\u201cFirst thing to know, I\u2019ve always ridden road bikes, and that definitely played a role in joining Antidote Solutions.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When he was a student at INSA Lyon, Hugo was part of the High-Level Sport program, which gave him an adapted schedule and the opportunity to spend one year abroad in Bilbao through the Erasmus program. There, he joined the elite-level Basque team Eiser Hirumet. \u201cI really enjoyed being a teammate. The staff trusted me, and I had a role within a high-performing group with riders who had complementary strengths. It\u2019s a great memory.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining Antidote Solutions, Hugo has been working on both confidential client projects and key R&amp;D topics, including:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing an engine test bench<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sourcing motors, controllers, batteries, and various accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programming controllers and debugging prototypes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comparing and testing powertrain products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving a simulation tool for dynamic propulsion behaviour in vehicles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To conclude this interview, Hugo will have the final word: \u201cThis is a team that is attentive and gives you confidence.
