Maillon Mobility<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Three wheels – the new standard<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The alternative to the conventional car, this three-wheeled electric intermediate vehicle reflects Charles and Paulin’s vision. Here, at Antidote solutions, we have been at the heart of this transformation, participating in two key phases of the projet: the creation of the frame and the design of the powertrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The frame: the key to this innovation\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“Managing this project was a major technical challenge, since we had to design a frame combining lightness, a suspension system and a pendular system, all on the vehicle’s two front wheels”.<\/em> Alex Guiral, business manager on this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since September 2023, we’ve been working on the technical development of the frame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our objective: to give concrete form to the specifications. Working closely with the duo from Maillon Mobility, we focused on every detail to create a solid, lightweight structure suitable for urban use. Our expertise enabled us to turn Charles and Paulin’s ideas into reality, providing a solid foundation on which the rest of the project could build.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

The powertrain: the power of electrification\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our collaboration with Maillon Mobility also focused on the creation of an innovative powertrain incorporating a generator, regenerative braking and a solar panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This electric technology offers more environmentally-friendly propulsion without compromising the vehicle’s performance<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n
