From 5 to 8 May 2026, part of the team attended the 2026 edition of China Cycle in Shanghai. They share their full debrief of these four days with us.
This year, the Antidote Solutions delegation was made up of Alex Guiral, Hugo Rouland and Nicolas Berchotteau.
They explored the exhibition halls with a packed agenda: identifying new product innovations, assessing trends in the Asian market, testing vehicles, and meeting local suppliers. These meetings are particularly valuable in helping us refine product selection for our ongoing projects.
The 2026 edition of the show featured several noteworthy trends: intermediate vehicles were almost absent, making way for electric scooters and a wide range of compact and folding bicycles. The team also spotted many innovations in the field of bicycles and light mobility vehicles… some of them particularly original.
They continued their trip with factory visits and prototype testing sessions, providing an opportunity to observe manufacturing processes and strengthen relationships with our partners.
